Minimalists are living a simple life. They don’t own or intend to own any possessions they deem not needed. Their lives may appear boring to the observer but they claim it brings less stress. They save space in their residence and also they also save money. They only buy things that they consider that are necessary for them to use. Mastering this art of saving is not easy for anyone. Sometimes we find it hard to differentiate between needs and wants.

In a minimalist house, you find less items. They keep only what they need. They rather spend on necessary things than on flashy things or things they don’t need. We normal live a life that stresses us unnecessarily. We try to been noticed by others. Buying things you can’t afford is actually a cause of a stress and it might lead to depression. They say fake it until you make it. It does not always work. People are deep into debts trying to impress their friends and acquaintances. Some people end up committing fraud or crime so they can be able to buy items they don’t afford. Do you buy a BMW because you like it or you want people to perceive you in a certain way. The perception of you by others can make you feel obliged to maintain the life you don’t afford. Stay simple and use your money to create generational wealth.
Pressure from Social Media
People out there are panicking because they see their former high school friends splashing money on social media. They are forgetting their own goals. You will be amaze when you find out that they are also struggling. In some cases, they are just posting the moments that were sponsored by someone else. Some are trying fake it until they make it. Stay on your lane and do what is right for you. Don’t stress yourself about things done by others and you just want to experience the same type of life they are experiencing. Taking a picture next to an expensive car, doesn’t mean your friend actually own it. They may have rented a car. Stay calm, stay safe.
